Our Team

Aleksandar Djordjevic
Aleksandar develops with leading blockchain protocols and ecosystems, with his primary focus being on Ethereum, EOS & Cardano solutions. His earlier foundational experience in web development helped define his structured approach to blockchain and crypto projects and architectural design. He has successfully delivered Smart Contracts, DApps, Web/Mobile Wallets and Exchange offices. Aleksander has managed the delivery of more than 15 different blockchain projects incorporating tech architecture, development & software implementation to deliver scalable and flexible solutions. With significant expertise in team leadership, his codebase enabled 10 independent projects to raise investment though Initial Coin Offerings throughout 2018.

Artur Pszczolkowski
Arthur held the position of Head of Digital in Swiss-based global corporation which had a yearly turnover of more than $4 Billion. He has a broad international & corporate background (>15Y), wide expertise in co-operation with advertising agencies & media houses on planning & executing global online activities.
In Blockchain space he supports businesses by connecting the dots and leveraging extensive networks in Poland, UK & Switzerland (CryptoValley). His expertise lays in business analysis & marketing strategies for blockchain projects.
He cofounded Swiss-Polish Blockchain Association & Polish Blockchain Chamber. Also, he is a member of CryptoValley task force for Enterprise Blockchain.

Deepanshu Sahni
As the vanguard of a generation that has initiated the advent of fintech and developed unique uses of Blockchain & artificial intelligence, Deepanshu is a seasoned project manager and consultant operating at the intersection of business and technology.
Passionate about innovation and disruptive technology, he possesses the expertise, experience and education to provide leadership in the dynamic fintech space by identifying and capitalizing on emerging trends, formulating intelligent strategies and innovative solutions, and exploiting growth opportunities presented by new technologies that are transforming banking and revolutionizing global finance systems.
Currently, Deepanshu provides value-add advisory services for businesses to optimize IT operations and reduce costs in increasingly competitive environments. As a Project Manager, he has led end-to-end engagements in providing customized infrastructure management, onsite/helpdesk IT support and connectivity services, thus establishing a robust client base and fluency with technical applications.
Recognized as a creative problem solver and innovative thought leader, always looking to improve upon current knowledge and processes to stay at the forefront of new challenges and business solutions.

Delia Sabau
Delia Sabau is an experienced investment executive with a proven track record of delivering top tier performance returns. With a combination of strong investment expertise, industry knowledge and leadership qualities, Delia has successfully led and managed hedge funds investments through tremendous growth in both start-up and mature environments. A global citizen, Delia brings a broad and versatile skill set through more than 20 years of experience working globally in investment management and financial services.

Gareth Edwards
Gareth has 20 years’ experience managing change within the Asset Management sector.
He spent 14 years managing technology and regulatory change at a Mutual Fund, and more recently Gareth has worked with of the largest Managers and Investment Advisors for Alternative products with a particular focus on Hedge Funds, Private Equity and Real Estate products.
Gareth is a driver and visionary behind new initiatives and implements effective operating models across all functions to ensure the business is robust and future proofed for growth and a changing technology and regulatory environment.

Michael O’Toole
Michael O’Toole is a well-travelled business professional having delivered technology-enabled change into multiple industries in a career spanning over twenty-five years. With extensive experience of working and living internationally he truly appreciates the impact of people, cultural, and environmental factors in initiatives.
As a technology consultant, Michael has worked with clients in startups, SME, and FTSE 100 organizations delivering expertise, best practice governance, and real-world savvy to drive success. His industry experience includes; financial services, information technology, professional services, media, healthcare, FMCG, and manufacturing.
Michael is engaged with emerging technologies including Blockchain and is active in Blockchain and Fintech communities and ecosystems. He has successfully completed the Oxford Said Blockchain Strategy and Oxford Said Fintech Programmes.

Olusegun Adeyefa
Olusegun Adeyefa is a consultant with over 10 years experience delivering change within businesses and organisations across a variety of sectors including banking and finance, information technology and retail. He is passionate about organisation transformation and creating target operating models that enable businesses to fully leverage the opportunities of digital technologies and their accelerating impact across businesses in a strategic and prioritised manner.
He delivered successful outcomes for his clients having implemented organisational change and driven transformation within start-ups and established organisations ranging from small private projects to multi-million pound high profile corporate projects. Olusegun is highly proficient in the agile, lean and customer centric architecture, he’s experienced at using well-rehearsed analytic skills to identify business problems and break them into smaller digestible pieces for better understanding.
These days Olusegun advises startups and organisations on enhancing productivity using robotic automation and blockchain/DLT technology. He also successfully completed the Blockchain strategy programme at University of Oxford in 2018.

Peter Longworth
Peter is an early adopter of blockchain and distributed ledger technology gaining experience in this space since 2013. He is involved in many areas of the industry including advisory, tokenisation, consulting, regulatory, legal & tax implications, cryptocurrency and trading, and helping shape the future of the industry through research and participation.
Coming from a background in traditional finance (Investment, Asset Management, Private Equity and Hedge Funds) he brings years of experience of how to build products, comply with regulations and run a business in a complex regulated environment.
He is a founder member and director of the Oxford Blockchain Foundation after studying blockchain strategy there, and is currently taking an MSc in Blockchain and Digital Currencies. He has a focus on democratising wealth through blockchain, enabling adoption and building blockchain businesses.

Riccardo Vuosi
Riccardo Vuosi has extensive international business experience matured across industries and covering maritime and logistics, real estate management and higher education.
He first became interested in Blockchain in 2014 during his MBA studies. After completing the first cohort of Blockchain Strategy Programme at the University of Oxford focusing on business cases, value propositions, and implementation strategies in the blockchain industry, he then went on to publish research on the social and legal implications of Blockchain and decentralized ledger technologies to prevent money laundering.
He is a founding member of the Oxford Blockchain Foundation which serves as a community, think tank and incubator for current students and alumni of the Oxford Blockchain Strategy Course.
Also, he mentored participants in the Social Impact Coalition’s Decentralized Impact Incubator: a hackathon to ideate and prototype blockchain-based solutions to global social and environmental challenges.

Rob Cooke
Robert moved to Korea after University at Goldsmiths and worked in a variety of industries ranging from real estate development in China for "The JinLin Group", to opening the Korean subsidiary of a UK based renewable energy startup called "Pavegen", and finally consulting for a large Korean conglomerate, "Kolon Industries", helping with their cross-border relationships and international distributors.
After living in Seoul for 5 years Robert moved back to London and started Chain Enable with the aim of connecting blockchain companies in the East and the West. Chain Enable has since grown from an agency to a software development house specialising in nascent technologies with a focus on fintech, identification, and blockchain solutions.
The Chain Enable team has decades of experience building robust solutions for reputable banks, supermarkets, and more recently ICOs. We have a keen interest in developing blockchain solutions that focus on identity, payment solutions, and verification processes.

Shai Gilat
Shai is the Co-Founder and COO of Project ESSE, the first blockchain-based platform as a service specifically designed for the Testing, Inspection and Citification industry. As an entrepreneur, growth strategist and problem solver, Shai has been at the forefront of technology since 2000 helping companies, whether large or small, realise growth within changing environments.
Adept at solving business problems using a well-structured, hypothesis-driven approach and identifying vulnerabilities and opportunities, he operated successfully across sectors and in technology driven environments within start-ups, mid-size companies and large corporates driving results while maximising commercial success.
Shai has a business degree from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business and has successfully completed the Said Business School’s Blockchain Strategy course at the University of Oxford.

Simon Read
Simon Read completed the Oxford Blockchain Strategy Programme, and is a mentor for the Odyssey Program - the world’s biggest blockchain and AI hackathon.
He advises and judges applications for the We In Social Tech program, supporting female tech founders developing projects with a social impact, and is a member of the judging panel awarding business development grants on behalf of Tower Hamlets Council. Simon has mentored businesses on the government sponsored Growth Accelerator programme, delivered by Grant Thornton, and the Start Scale Grow programme delivered by Enterprise for London.
Simon’s expertise is in strategy, business planning and fundraising. He is currently working with businesses in the media and entertainment sector, and is developing blockchain Dapps for due diligence and fractional ownership.

Tanya Sazonova
Tanya Sazonova is a corporate finance professional and a technology enthusiast.
Tanya has background working for software-focused venture capital fund and multiple sector-agnostic private equity firms in Canada. Additionally, she has been assisting clients in cross border mergers and acquisitions, growth equity and debt financing transactions in Canada and the UK.
Over the years, Tanya has obtained BA and MBA degrees, studied programming and completed the University of Oxford Blockchain Strategy Programme and IBM's Blockchain Essentials programme. In her free time, Tanya enjoys learning about new technologies and helping entrepreneurs in marketing efforts, business plans, and general strategic issues.

Yasir Qayam
Yasir has been in the blockchain space for a few years now. He started his journey in the blockchain space by reviewing whitepapers, ICOs, teams and technology proposal of various projects. He has helped investors gain a better understanding of the projects, providing them with the research to make an educated decision on their investments.
He also assists university students with their research on the application of blockchain in the “real world” scenarios.
He has years of management experience in running and delivering projects as a Projects Manager. Currently, he is working with blockchain projects assisting them in developing their trading platform, tokens and implementation of fit-for-purpose blockchain platform with real life use-cases.
